ABOUT
Nicholas Friedman is the author of Paradise Is Burning (Able Muse Press, 2024) and Petty Theft, winner of The New Criterion Poetry Prize. His poems have appeared in The New York Times, Ploughshares, POETRY, The Times Literary Supplement, Threepenny Review, Yale Review, and other venues. A former Wallace Stegner Fellow and Jones Lecturer at Stanford University, he is also the recipient of a Ruth Lilly Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation. He lives with his wife and son in Syracuse, NY.
